Perm State Medical University Participated In The Inter-University Cricket Championship

At Perm State Medical University, students get ample opportunities to live through their interests. For the Indian students at PSMU, cricket is a strong passion. As a result, to get this interest to bloom, the university recently participated in the Inter-University Cricket Championship conducted by Bashkir State Medical University on 12th-13th May 2022.

Alongside Perm State Medical University, several top medical universities of Russia like Orenburg State Medical University, Bashkir State Medical University I and II, Ryazan State Medical University, Saratov State Medical University, Cheboksary State Medical University, Kazan State Medical University participated in the event.

Through the championship, all the universities were divided into 6 teams as per the region they represented- Ufa, Perm, Kazan, Orenburg, Ryazan and Chuvashskiy.

The team of Perm State Medical University opened the championship on a high note by winning the subsequent 3 matches to enter the semi-finals, however, could not make it into the finals. The students of PSMU gave a tough fight for the victory.

We appreciate all the students who have participated in this grand tournament and applaud their spectacular game till the end. The students have certainly made all of us incredibly proud with their remarkable performance at the championship.
