PSMU Participated in the International Educational Campaign "Total Dictation - 2022"

On April 9, 2022, Foreign Students studying different courses including MBBS in Russia, got the chance to participate in the International Educational Campaign "Total Dictation". Students who are interested in Russian history, it's culture, and love to learn more about its language, participated in the campaign.

The campaign was held every year to help foreigners have an in-depth knowledge about Russian culture. This year too, the campaign was held on an online platform 'TruD' for foreign participants. The theme for the same was "Emotions and feelings of a person". This theme is undoubtedly extremely relevant for future doctors studying psychology, ethics, and deontology, the basics of professional communication for developing their own skills of empathic communication with patients.

More than 780 thousand people from 123 countries including Russia took part in the campaign. Foreign students studying MBBS at Perm State Medical University also participated in the campaign. Every year the number of participants in the TruD campaign increased. This year, 126 students of PSMU from more than 10 countries including India participated in the campaign which consisted of a written test and a dictation test. Out of this number of students, 46 PSMU students received honours and 6 students became absolute leaders with 100 percent results.
